incredible views
From every single vantage point inside and out, the views are simply incredible at all times of day. To the west, we look down upon the wonderful hill-top town of Sommocolonia, which has an amazing history. Beyond and to the south are the Apuan Alps, illuminated at sunset often in the most spectacular way.
Pool
The heated salt water pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is the perfect size to both relax and cool off in the heat of the day, or to count off your lengths in the morning. There is a covered seating area, as well as loungers and a pool net for games.
Outdoor seating
We have created three or four different areas to sit and relax or dine outdoors. Each shaded space offers a slightly different angle on the constantly changing view.
luxury interiors
There are 4/5 bedrooms offering a range of sleeping options from bunks to king size beds, designed to accommodate friends and family groups alike. There are two beautiful bathrooms as well as a well-appointed kitchen/dining/living space with fires and stoves to warm up a chilly night.
